The commander of Cobra came seeking weapons, but McCullen saw an opportunity, and seized it. McCullen offered to supply the weapons as long as Cobra agreed to eliminate Clan Destro's competition. The Commander agreed.
Things were working perfectly, and the Commander began reaching out to find more talented individuals to help with his plans.
